You can prep them at night and they are perfect by the morning. They are also really easy to take with you on the go.
This version is gluten-free and made with some great all-natural, organic, and non-GMO ingredients. It has a macronutrient ratio of 35% carbs/33% protein/32% fat, providing you with some healthy complex carbs, a ton of protein, and some healthy poly- and mono-unsaturated fats from the peanut butter and walnuts.
1/3 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 scoops tera’swhey Bourbon Vanilla Organic Protein Powder
1 tsp Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Sprinkle of freshly ground cinnamon
To begin, mix the almond milk and protein powder in a jar or container of your choice. Then add in oats, white chocolate peanut butter, walnuts, and cinnamon. If you prefer, you can also just let the liquid and oats soak overnight and then add the toppings when ready to eat.
Pop in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour. Enjoy straight out of the jar or in a bowl. Perfect way to start your day!
