This is a super easy and delicious smoothie to start your day the right way. This recipe is for 2 servings (who doesn’t want to share the smoothie love?) but you came easily cut it in half. This is a great and filling breakfast.

12 oz Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt (2 small containers)
1-1/2 cup Wyman’s Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries (any brand will do, just make sure there is no added sugar, just pure, delicious berries!)
1 cup Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 tbsp Bob’s Red Mill High in Fiber Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Madhava Light 100% Pure Organic Agave Syrup

Blend ingredients together until smooth and delicious. I had used some Greek yogurt from the freezer, so I needed more almond milk. You may need less, play around with it to get your desired consistency.

Nutrition: 235 calories, 4g fat, 21g protein, 37g carbs, 7g fiber
