This is a great smoothie for any meal. It has superfoods and ingredients that provide great nourishment and cleansing properties with a great supply of vitamins, healthy fat and fiber.

Ingredients
3 oz raspberries
1/2 banana
1 cup kale
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
Fresh lemon juice, approx 1/4 lemon
5 fresh mint leaves
5 ice cubes

Directions
Blend all ingredients and enjoy! Easy, nutritious, and delicious!!
