This is an awesome breakfast or snack. The combination of banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, Greek yogurt, almond milk, agave nectar and ice is the perfect way to start the day. With a good supply of protein, healthy fats and complex carbs, you’ll be ready to take on your morning. If you use a semi-ripe banana (still partially green) rather than a fully ripe one, you’ll get more resistant starch and less sugar, keeping you full longer. The protein and healthy fats also keep hunger at bay while the cinnamon helps balance blood sugar.


1 small semi-ripe banana

1 tbsp Smuckers All-Natural Chunky Peanut Butter

1/2 c Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

3 oz (1/2 small container) Fage 0% Total Greek Yogurt (save the rest for another smoothie or use whole container for extra protein)

1 tsp all-natural ground cinnamon

1 tsp Madhava 100% Pure Organic Light Agave Nectar

5 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients in a blender for 15-30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon, and enjoy!
