I love fall. It’s right around the corner, and pumpkin season is almost in full effect. There are tons of options for packing pumpkin flavors into your repertoire, but it’s not always easy to do it in a healthy way. Pumpkin spiced lattes, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin beer…the calories definitely add up! It’s got whole wheat flour and is made without oil, which I definitely prefer when it comes to waffles. It’s also really easy to make with all-natural ingredients so you can feel good about what you’re eating.
