Egg Nog Protein Shake {Recipe}

With Christmas around the corner, there are a lot of delicious- but unhealthy- seasonal treats around. I used to love egg nog, but now I favor healthier drinks with far less calories. This year I was delighted to find coconut milk nog, which has only 90 calories per half cup! I blended it with just a few other ingredients to make this delicious protein shake! It tastes like a milk shake and is super delicious while still healthy…and that’s like a Christmas miracle!!

Ingredients
1/2 cup So Delicious Coconut Milk Nog
1/2 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 scoops Tera’s Whey Bourbon Vanilla Protein Powder
5 ice cubes
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions
Blend the nog, almond milk, protein powder and ice for 20-30 seconds or until thoroughly blended. Pour into a glass and top with sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
